No its not techno, and NOT reggae.
though it may use electronic elements (techno is a subgenre of electronica, which can cover many different musical styles). It’s dancehall, which someone already posted, with a heavy ska influence. don’t let Mad Cobra’s Caribbean lilt fool ya.
