b)Because it’s a catchy tune with some pretty computerized sound effects.

Why you might not like Hilary Duff – Come Clean

This pop song, while being enjoyable to listen to, doesn’t have anything terribly original to present. I am pretty sure I have heard bits and pieces of the lyrics in other songs. This is not to imply that the lyrics were stolen or something, only that there’s nothing really inspired about that particular song’s lyrics or vocals. Still a decent song though.
